(2) Polyclonal antibody preparation:                                                       
Customers are required to provide the following information:
1）Antigen name and corresponding GenBank Numbers;
2）Protein concentration, molecular weight
3）SDC-PAGE or MS - HPLC, buffer composition;
4）Vector name, the size of genes to be inserted;
5）The requirement of experiment, etc                                     

The company will provide the following information:
(1)The ELISA data antibody concentration data, etc.;
(2)If biosynthetic polypeptide antigen is provided by us, we will provide peptide MS and HPLC reports;
(3) The corresponding antigen WB (recombinant proteins) or Dot Blot (polypeptide) verification report.
(4)1-2ml pre-immune negative sera, the recombinant proteins or peptides coupled Samples immune (rabbits, sheep, rats, goats);
(5) 2mg purified polyclonal antibody, and the concentration is 1mg/ml, the 100pg antigen detected by antibody WB;
