The service requires customers to provide the followings:（details in the order system）
(1) shRNA sequence information that you have selected or three shRNA sequence designed freely ;
(2) Details of the target gene, such as: Gene ID and Accession No of the target genes in the NCBI database, or a target gene nucleotide sequence (including CDS details).
(3) The virus titer and volume etc.
 

The company provides customers with the following information:
(1) If you commission the company to design target sequence, the company will provide three target sequence information and ensure that the interference efficiency is not less than 75% in the cases of the transduction efficiency more than 90%;
(2) The shRNA lentiviral vector plasmid that has been built and its piercing saved bacteria;
(3) The electronic version of the sequencing results and color photos;
(4) Lentivirus production, purification and titer titration report;
