Services: To do PCR in the method of Taqman, real time PCR quantitative assay or type identification in the DNA or RNA levels.

The information should be provided by customers:
(1)Please provide as much as possible fresh material: for RNA, you should provide: cells (≥106), organization (≥300 mg), blood (≥1 ml), serum (≥1.5 ml) etc., total RNA (≥20μl, concentration≥50 ng/μl); for DNA, and refer to "DNA extraction", or directly provide purification DNA, >5 microgram/sample.
(2)The complete sequence of target gene or genbank
(3)Primer sequences or to commission our company to design primer
(4) Detailed experimental background material, such as the origin of DNA or RNA
 

The information should be provided by company:
(1) If you design PCR primer, we will provide the primer sequence
(2)All the raw data in Q-PCR process as well as data analysis

（2）Western Blot

Western Blot often is used for the identification of protein and qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis for protein. We provide you with full set of western blot technical service and related reagent consumables, including the experiment design, the experimental operation, film scanning, result analysis, etc.. The customer must provide the following information:
(1) To provide a sample (cell / tissue / extractive target protein)
(2) An antibody of the desired gene and antibody manual
(3) The detailed experimental background information as well as experimental requirements

The WB Services including:
(1)Each film can do a variety of target protein and the corresponding internal reference protein;
(2)Each film can do 12 samples at the same time;
(3)The customers provide primary antibodies by themselves or order from my company   (3 working days for order);
(4)Other reagents used in the WB experimental process are free of charge;
(5)Experimental report includes details of the experimental method and the results of the Western blot data experimental.
